We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving user acquisition and enhancing the reach of our mobile games.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like AppsFlyer and Adjust, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad creatives, conducting A/B testing to identify high-performing variations.
  4. Stay informed about advertising policies, market trends, and competitor strategies to drive innovation and maintain compliance.
  5. Keep up to date with market analysis, research, trends, and organic growth strategies.
  6. Work closely with product, monetization, and marketing teams to align acquisition strategies with revenue and engagement goals.
  7. Continuously refine and optimize user acquisition campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  8. Conduct market research to explore and test new user acquisition channels and opportunities for growth.
  9. Create comprehensive performance reports to inform stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in mobile app marketing.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
