Position Title: Business Development Executive – Upwork Specialist (Female)
Location: Onsite – Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Evening Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

Digital Auxilius is seeking a female Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, proactive lead generation, and strategic follow-ups to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on Upwork and other freelance platforms to generate leads.

  • Write tailored proposals and cover letters for various service categories (e.g., Web Development, Design, Marketing, Content, etc.).

  • Identify and qualify prospects based on project requirements and budgets.

  • Maintain strong follow-up with leads and clients to convert opportunities into successful partnerships.

  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align proposals with company capabilities.

  • Keep records of proposals, communication history, and outcomes.

  • Research competitors, trends, and new service opportunities to improve pitch strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development via Upwork or other freelance platforms.

  • Excellent written English and strong proposal-writing skills.

  • Proficiency in navigating Upwork filters, categories, and project types.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

  • Confident, goal-oriented, and eager to meet targets.
