Overview

AKSA SDS – WE ARE HIRING Positions available: Human Resource Officer and Infrastructure Support Engineer. Both roles are based in Islamabad and require 1–3 years of experience with a BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology. No. of Positions: 01 for each role.

Human Resource Officer — @ AKSA-SDS / AXA Business Technologies

Location: Islamabad   Experience Required: 1–3 Years   Qualification: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology   No. of Positions: 01

  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications for development teams.
  • Perform routine preventative measures and maintain network security in compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors from quote gathering to procurement.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards within organizational frameworks.
  • Support infrastructure teams (UPS, GenSet, work environment).
  • Research and sample new tools and technologies as instructed.
  • Maintain desktops, printers, and scanners.
  • Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems and applications.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Windows Firewall.
  • Familiarity with Linux OS and its various distributions.
  • Understanding of virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure.
  • Use of monitoring tools: Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG.
  • Database knowledge: SQL Server, Oracle.

  • Scripting skills: PowerShell, Python, Bash.
  • Database knowledge: SQL Server, Oracle.
  • Storage technologies: SAN, NAS, cloud storage platforms.
