Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs, including but not limited to logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website layouts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Collaborate effectively to ensure design solutions meet project goals and brand guidelines.
  • Execute Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specific ed timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
  • Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance brand identity across all design projects. Ensure consistency in visual elements, typography, and color schemes to reinforce brand recognition and identity.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to continuously improve skills and stay current with best practices in graphic design.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes. Iterate on designs based on feedback while maintaining project timelines.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets to facilitate easy access and collaboration. Ensure files are properly archived for future reference and retrieval.

Requirements

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
● Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
● Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
● Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is desirable.
