Role Description

We're looking for a skilled Full-Stack Web Developer (MERN Stack preferred) to join our in-house team. You'll work on dynamic digital products, including custom eCommerce websites, admin dashboards, landing pages, and internal tools. This is a full-time, on-site role in Karachi, ideal for developers who can take ownership of both frontend and backend components in modern web applications.

Responsibilities
  • Build responsive and scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express
  • Work with MongoDB for data modeling, queries, and optimization
  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, functional code in close collaboration with designers
  • Develop custom admin panels, dashboards, and internal tools
  • Build and customize eCommerce platforms with product listings, checkout, and CMS integration
  • Ensure responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Use Git and modern workflows (CI/CD, Vercel, Firebase) for version control and deployments
  • Collaborate with team members across design, content, and marketing departments
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack
  • Proficient in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Strong experience in building custom admin panels or dashboards
  • Experience with eCommerce development (custom or platform-integrated)
  • Solid understanding of backend development using Node.js and Express
  • Familiarity with deployment platforms, version control, and testing tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Team-oriented with good communication and task ownership
