Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, managing sales processes, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management activities. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to conduct training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of insurance experience required
  • CII certifications required
