Job Responsibilities
  • Ensuring good customer service with complaint handling.
  • Achieving sales targets for the designated pharmacy.
  • Ensuring proper stock displays and maintenance of FIFO.
  • Ensuring new supplies are correctly displayed in respective racks.
  • Conducting random audits as per the agreed plan.
  • Performing cash handover, consumer items audit during shift change.
  • Managing shift-wise cash closing and handover.
  • Controlling store stock loss within the agreed target.
  • Handling till cash & sales cash settlement and timely deposits into banks.
  • Addressing underperforming staff through appropriate actions.
  • Coaching, challenging, and supporting employees.
  • Highlighting top sellers and new collections prominently in-store.
  • Ensuring proper data entry and verification of items before handing over to customers.
  • Managing stocking, dusting, and rack setup.
  • Supervising shift staff and promoting teamwork.
  • Maintaining proper records of near expiry products as per SOP.
  • Verifying stocks received properly.
  • Handling returns (within 7 days) and entering data into the system; responsibility of shift in-charges for refunds and adjustments.
  • Training staff regarding their job descriptions and counter efficiency.
  • Cross-verifying expiry dates.
  • Maintaining employee duty rosters.
  • Working on pharmacy layout and display.
  • Getting hands-on experience with the company's software, e.g., Candela.
  • Engaging in data sinking activities.
  • Maintaining Schedule E and Schedule D documentation.
Job Specification
  • Hands-on experience with retail software, e.g., Candela Retail Management System.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail or pharmacy handling experience is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is an advantage.
  • Able to achieve sales targets.
