Study Abroad Advisor

Location: Gulberg II, MM Alam Rd, Lahore, Pakistan

Join Acha Parhlo, a dynamic and growing study abroad consultancy, as a Study Abroad Advisor. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping student futures by providing expert guidance on international education opportunities. Success in this position means effectively supporting students through the entire process from country selection to admissions and visa applications while leveraging your knowledge and platform expertise. This role plays a key part in our mission to empower students to achieve their dreams of studying abroad.

Responsibilities and Must Haves
  • Advise and guide students on study abroad options across key destinations including the UK, USA, Australia, Europe, and more
  • Manage end-to-end admission applications for International institutions
  • Handle student visa application processes with precision and adherence to country-specific requirements
  • Use B2B platforms such as Adventus, GSP, Intake Abroad, and Crizac, etc for student placement and application tracking
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in at least one study abroad destination, from initial counseling through to visa finalization
  • Maintain accurate records of student cases, communicate with partner institutions, and ensure timely updates
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
  • Prior experience in international student advising or education consultancy
  • Proficiency in using B2B education platforms like Adventus, GSP, Intake Abroad, Crizac, etc and others
  • Strong understanding of admission and visa processes for at least one major study destination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with attention to detail
