About The Role

As an Associate - Client Services at Savvital, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client services in a virtual environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administrative Support - Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Communication Management - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handle email correspondence, and ensure timely communication.
  • Meeting Coordination - Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling, invitations, and preparing materials.
  • Task Prioritization - Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Research and Analysis - Conduct research on diverse topics and provide relevant information for decision-making.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
  • Customer Complaint Analysis - Analyze complaints, identify issues, and recommend solutions to improve satisfaction.
  • Price Quotes - Prepare accurate price quotes aligned with offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualification: A 4-year Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to learn.
