Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Python and related frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FastAPI, Django, Flask, MongoDB, ELK, and PostgreSQL. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring their scalability and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and related frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions.
• Work with MongoDB, ELK, and PostgreSQL databases to manage and store data effectively.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into development processes.
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and APIs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Proficiency in working with MongoDB, ELK, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Must Have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask frameworks.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, ELK, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good to Have:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.
