Overview

Join to apply for the Monday.com Developer/Manager role at RemoteVA. We are looking for a Monday.com Developer/Manager to join our team and optimize our project management processes. This role requires expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize and Enhance Workflows
    • Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software)
    • Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions
  • Comprehensive Workflow Management
    • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle
    • Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes
  • Facilitate Cross-Party Communication
    • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties
  • Subcontractor Collaboration System
    • Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms
  • Dashboard Development
    • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information
    • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users
  • Team Onboarding and Training
    • Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration
    • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization
    • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development
  • Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and training abilities
  • Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems
Benefits
