Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in multimedia designing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using their creativity to craft appealing designs and bring ideas and theoretical concepts to life through vibrant custom illustrations and infographics.

Responsibilities
  1. Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, email templates, document design, presentation design, and customised infographics.
  2. Assist in the development of branding materials, including logos and style guides.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to understand and meet their design requirements.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  5. Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  6. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas.
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Bachelor's / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. Approximately 1 year of experience in multimedia designing or related work.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint Presentation, Word, Excel, etc.).
  5. Additional skills in Adobe After Effects and 2D animation will be a plus.
  6. Familiarity with Canva for elementary creatives.
  7. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  8. Good understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
  9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  10. Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes quickly.
