Job Summary: The Cleaner ensures that office and residential facilities are clean and in proper working order (e.g., washrooms are cleaned and stocked, garbage is collected). Frequently cleans and disinfects commonly touched surfaces, maintaining good hygiene on site.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation.

1. Daily wiping and cleaning of furniture & fixtures, equipment.
2. Daily dusting and mopping of the floors.
3. Collecting kitchenware from offices & meeting rooms and washing dishes (daily and continuous checkup).
4. Cleaning and disinfecting toilets (daily and continuous checkup).
5. Ensuring that toilets are equipped with toilet paper, soap, hand towels (daily and continuous checkup).
6. Housekeeping all guesthouse rooms and premises.
7. Cleaning windows and doors.
8. Informing the office manager when short of office and guesthouse supplies.
9. Cleaning site entry area, public areas, meeting rooms, clinics, reception area, and halls on a daily basis.
10. Cleaning toilets at least five times a day, including toilet bowls, washing basins, mirrors, walls, and floors; keeping available toilet paper, lotion, and soap, and noting completion on Toilet Check Sheet.
11. Cleaning and wiping building entrance glass doors and frames.
12. Frequently cleaning all desks and chairs.
13. Providing tea/mineral water service to visitors if required.

• Typically, 1 year of relevant experience in providing a package of cleaning services.
• Possess sound physical stamina and health to perform duties assigned.
• Good hygiene practices.
• Previous experience with International Medical Corps is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
• Fluency in written and spoken language as required.
