A Pakistan's based leading coffee house, having multiple outlets in Karachi and Lahore. 150+ employees worked over there. Hiring for its Karachi branch.

Opening:General Manager (Coffee House Experienced)

Job Description:

The company is seeking aCafé & Bakery General Managerto lead our flagship location, bringing third-wave coffee culture and premium bakery offerings to Pakistan. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with deep expertise incafé andbakery management,ensuring operational excellencewhile delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of a specialty coffee and bakery outlet
  • Manage full P&L responsibility, optimize costs, and drive profitability
  • Lead and inspire a team of 30+ staff across café and bakery divisions
  • Maintain premium quality standards for coffee and bakery products
  • Implement coffee education initiatives and third-wave coffee best practices
  • Manage relationships with international coffee suppliers and local vendors
  • Ensure customer service excellence and create memorable experiences
  • Maintain strictfood safety and HACCP compliance

Requirements:

  • 5+ yearsinfood service management, with at least2+ years inspecialty coffee/premium bakery
  • Strong expertise inthird-wave coffee culture, brewing methods, andglobal trends
  • Proven track record inP&L managementand team leadership
  • SCA certification(preferred) or willingness to obtain
  • Proficiency inrestaurant management systems, POS software, andExcel
  • Fluency inEnglish and Urdu

Experience:5+ years

Work Timings:9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Work Days:Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturday will be ON)
