Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services using the MERN stack.
  • Implement AI/ML algorithms to enhance application functionalities.
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data integration.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to improve the usability of the application.
  • Work closely with data scientists to integrate machine learning models.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Conduct code reviews and facilitate programming best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
  • Assist in deployment and monitoring of applications.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and technical documentation.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to project planning.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI/ML and backend development.
  • Ensure data security and protection standards are met.
  • Maintain version control and code repositories using Git.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience with the MERN stack.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
  • Experienced with MongoDB and database design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and debugging code.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps practices is a plus.
