Job Title: Associate AI Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

We're looking for a passionate Associate AI Engineer to join our growing AI team and help build next-generation intelligent systems. If you're excited about working with Large Language Models (LLMs), building smart applications, and solving complex problems — we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for various NLP tasks.
  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy ML models in distributed environments.
  • Work with unstructured data and leverage optimization techniques for model performance.
  • Integrate and experiment with frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers and PyTorch.
  • Maintain and query data using MongoDB and Vector DBs to support AI applications.
  • Contribute to research and development of innovative ML, DL, and NLP solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience in LLM Model Training and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Hands-on experience with Vector Databases and MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Familiarity with Distributed Computing frameworks and Optimization Techniques.
  • Practical knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers and PyTorch.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Knowledge of scalable ML deployment pipelines.
  • Previous work in production-grade AI systems.
