About the Role:

Virtual Soft Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our onsite team in Lahore. If you have experience with Email Marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and B2B sales, this is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge international projects, especially with US-based W2 and 1099 contracts.

What You'll Do:
  1. US-Based Contract Acquisition: Identify and approach US companies for W2 and 1099-based remote developer contracts
  2. B2B Outreach & Sales: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing for lead generation and deal closing
  3. Freelance Platform Sales: Manage and optimize Upwork/Fiverr profiles to secure international projects
  4. AI & SaaS Pitching: Promote our AI chatbot, voice agents, and automation services to global businesses
  5. Client Relationship Management: Build and manage long-term partnerships with US-based clients
  6. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to optimize strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in Email Marketing & Cold Outreach
  • Strong grip on LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr client acquisition
  • Familiarity with W2/1099 hiring models and US-based contract structures
  • Knowledge of AI chatbots, SaaS platforms & automation tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Lahore (this is NOT a remote role)
