Job Purpose:

  • Development of corporate strategy that seamlessly aligns with individual business units, facilitating CMPak in achieving long-term objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives
  • Thoroughly explore emerging business opportunities, conducting internal assessments and analyzing external factors, including economic, political, technological, governmental reforms, budgetary considerations, through extensive research and comprehensive analysis
  • Driving the development and execution of key strategic initiatives
  • Produce customized business and technical performance reports to meet specific management needs and requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the formulation and execution of the company's short and long-term strategic goals
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market conditions (International & Local), industry trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze internal data and market trends to assess company performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Prepare business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions
  • Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on strategic initiatives, including challenges and outcomes
  • Work closely with stakeholder departments to ensure the successful implementation of strategies
  • Foster an innovative mindset within the team and organization by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new approaches to problem-solving
  • Lead special projects and process improvements to increase efficiency and business outcomes

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in a similar position. Preferably in Telecom sector.
