PURPOSE OF A POSITION

Take responsibility for all team management and clients/brands' strategic growth across e-commerce platforms. Effectively manage brands on e-commerce sites, support the operations team to achieve operational objectives, and carry out responsibilities as outlined in the 'assignment instructions'. Keep the team updated on customer instructions and contribute to developing key operational initiatives, with particular attention to customer complaints and feedback.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  1. Account Health: Monitor account health metrics on Amazon Seller Central, including Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate, and Policy Violations.
  2. Listing Accuracy: Review product listings for accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, and pricing; check for discrepancies or outdated information.
  3. Inventory Management: Verify inventory levels to prevent overselling or underselling. Monitor both popular and slow-moving items.
  4. Fulfillment Method: Assess the use of FBA or FBM, evaluating their suitability based on business needs.
  5. Pricing Strategy: Analyze and ensure competitive pricing that maintains profitability.
  6. Customer Reviews and Feedback: Monitor and address customer reviews and feedback promptly. Encourage positive reviews from satisfied customers.
  7. Order Processing and Shipping: Ensure timely processing and shipping, monitor shipping times, and track delayed or lost shipments.
  8. Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service quality; respond promptly to inquiries and issues, possibly using automated responses for common queries.
  9. Amazon Advertising Campaigns: Review and optimize ad campaigns, adjusting bids and budgets based on performance metrics.
  10. Compliance with Amazon Policies: Ensure adherence to Amazon's policies, staying informed about updates and adjusting practices accordingly.
  11. Account Security: Regularly update passwords, enable multi-factor authentication, and monitor for unauthorized access.
  12. Returns and Refunds: Manage return and refund processes efficiently, following Amazon policies.
  13. Tax Compliance: Meet tax obligations in operational jurisdictions, including sales tax collection and remittance.
  14. Promotions and Deals: Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and their impact on sales and engagement.
  15. Performance Metrics: Track KPIs such as conversion rates and session lengths to identify improvement areas.
  16. Technology Proficiency: Be familiar with data analytics tools and BI platforms for data-driven decisions.
  17. Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to assess strategic initiatives' success.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or relevant experience.
  • E-Commerce Certification is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in managerial or team lead roles.
  • Preference for Urtaskers' employees.

OTHER SKILLS

  • Certified in E-Commerce A-Z Management.
  • Experience managing virtual teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Goal-oriented team player.
