Video Editor — In-House Position

Location: Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Hi everyone I'm hiring an in-house video editor to help edit personal brand videos and short form content.

This is a great opportunity for beginner-level editors who are eager to grow quickly, are naturally curious, and want mentorship, guidance, and access to premium tools and resources. This includes expensive AI resources not available elsewhere.

Requirements:

1- Strong command of CapCut Premium

2- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro

3- Basic understanding of Canva

4- Ability to combine audio, video, infographics, and AI images cohesively

5- A creative eye for layouts, transitions, audio and storytelling

6- A self-driven attitude: research and continuous learning must be part of who you are.

Ideal candidate:

1- Beginner-level or early-career editor with solid technical skills

2- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and improve

3- Someone who takes initiative and loves to think creatively

4- Open to feedback and willing to experiment with different editing approaches
