Job Title: Lead Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Microsoft Cloud Solutions Architect to spearhead our Microsoft 365 and Azure initiatives. This strategic role involves leading large-scale cloud migration projects, optimizing cloud resource consumption, and managing our Microsoft Partner relationship. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, a proven track record in enterprise migrations, and the leadership skills to guide teams and drive innovation, including AI and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 migrations across diverse industries ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Design and execute Azure cloud assessments, migrations, and security configurations.
  • Manage and drive increased Microsoft 365 and Azure service adoption and consumption.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Microsoft Partnership programs, ensuring alignment with Solution Partner and Specialization requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor team to build solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Lead deployment of Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange Server infrastructure for clients.
  • Design, configure and implement Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), including Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management, Information Protection, and Identity-Driven Security.
  • Deliver hands-on training sessions to administrators, end-users, and technical teams to drive adoption.
  • Analyze RFPs/RFQs and develop technical and financial proposals in response.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies including a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Partner Program management.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Exchange Online/Hybrid/Server, Entra ID, EMS, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in training delivery and technical pre-sales.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong command of Microsoft security frameworks including Microsoft Defender and Purview.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API).
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (OpenAI, Copilot Studio, RPA).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align technology with business outcomes.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
