Requirements:- 2-3years designing investor or marketing decks with proven portfolio links.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma & PowerPoint, including advanced animation and master slide skills.
- Sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, and color usage in high-stakes presentations.
- Ability to simplify technical ideas into clean, comprehensible visuals.
- Impeccable attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.
- Motion graphics or video editing capabilities (Premiere, AfterEffects).
- Experience working with tech founders or Web3 projects.
- Translate briefs into visually stunning presentations in both Figma and PowerPoint.
- Create original infographics, iconography, and data visualizations that reinforce narrative flow.
- Maintain and evolve our master slide library, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Execs to iterate swiftly on feedback.
- Optimize files for different delivery contexts (webinar, stage screen, PDF share).
- Keep abreast of design trends and tooling advances to continuously raise the bar.
