Volunteer Mentor

Bulandi Collective is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to uplifting underprivileged individuals in Pakistan by connecting them with mentors in UI/UX design, graphic design, software engineering, and social media marketing. Our structured 3-month mentorship cohorts empower mentees with hands-on projects, expert mentorship, and job readiness support.

We're looking for an Outreach Manager to help us find, engage, and onboard mentees who can benefit from our program. If you're passionate about community impact, networking, and student empowerment, this role is for you

Responsibilities

As an Outreach Manager, you will:

1. Identify & recruit potential mentees from underprivileged backgrounds.
2. Build partnerships with universities, NGOs, and career networks to attract mentees.
3. Run social media campaigns, email outreach, and WhatsApp promotions.
4. Organize online events (info sessions, webinars, Q&As) to engage potential mentees.
5. Screen applications and assist with onboarding selected mentees.
6. Track outreach performance and suggest improvements based on results.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

• Familiar with universities, NGOs, and job-seeking communities.
• Experienced in outreach, community engagement, or marketing (1+ years preferred).
• Self-driven & proactive in reaching out to people.
