We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist who can drive organic growth through strategic SEO, engaging content writing, and strong social media presence.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO, content writing, and social media content creation. This role is vital in strengthening our organic marketing strategy across websites, blogs, and all major social platforms.

You will be responsible for producing SEO-optimized web content, writing for social media channels, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting our broader marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and optimize SEO-friendly web pages, blog posts, landing pages, and marketing materials.
  • Develop monthly content calendars for social media posts aligned with campaigns and brand voice.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to inform content strategies across web and social platforms.
  • Optimize and update existing website content for better search rankings and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the design team to align visuals with written content.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance and social media engagement metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Google's algorithm changes, and social media best practices.
  • Support outreach efforts for link-building through content collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO-focused content writing and social media content creation.
  • Strong understanding of organic SEO, keyword strategy, and content marketing.
  • Proven experience writing for multiple social media platforms professionally.
  • Skilled with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Proficient in CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt writing style as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with technical SEO basics (site performance, crawlability, schema).
  • Basic experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of organic marketing for B2B service-based businesses.
  • Understanding of AEC, IT, Insurance, or Real Estate industries is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools (Slack, Zoom, Zoho CRM).
