Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager HMT (Hired Mechanical Transport) at NLC located in Karachi West District. The Manager will oversee all HMT operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations through coordination with internal teams, external HMT/3PL partners, and clients.

Qualifications

Retired Lt Col or equivalent officer (preferably ASC) from the Pakistan Armed Forces or civilians with a Master's Degree in Supply Chain and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Key skills include:

  • Data tracking and analysis
  • Fleet management
  • Knowledge of regional trade, supply chain, and transportation industry
  • Strong coordination, communication, negotiation skills, and IT proficiency
