Job Title: Executive Receptionist

  1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  2. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area to ensure a positive first impression.
  3. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
  4. Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to recipients.
  5. Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the organization and its services.
  6. Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or locations within the facility.
  7. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  8. Arrange outgoing mail and courier services, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  9. Provide administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and document filing.
  10. Monitor the facility to ensure only authorized individuals enter.
  11. Address and resolve visitor and employee complaints or escalate issues as needed.
  12. Manage and replenish front desk supplies, such as stationery.
  13. Manage office supplies inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
  14. Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness of all office rooms.
  15. Perform other tasks as assigned when necessary.
