Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Student Counselor/Processing Officer to guide students through the admission process, from selecting universities to ensuring timely submission of documents for admission and visa processing. You will advise students and assist with applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counseling: Provide personalized counseling to students and families, offering detailed information on studying abroad. Assist them in choosing suitable destinations based on academic interests, career goals, and budget.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote Study Ways Consultants services, drive sales, and convert leads into applications.
  • Application Assistance: Help students complete applications, including personal statements, reference letters, and financial documentation.
  • Visa Guidance: Offer guidance on visa applications and processes, ensuring accurate and complete submissions.
  • Liaison with Institutions: Maintain relationships with partner institutions, stay updated on requirements, courses, and deadlines.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Organize sessions to educate students about studying abroad.
  • Market Research: Keep informed on global education trends, visa regulations, and destination info.
  • Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to students, addressing queries effectively.
  • Networking: Build relationships with high schools, universities, and stakeholders to promote services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate student records and application data.
  • Database Management: Track application and visa progress, ensuring deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in student consultation, admissions, or similar roles.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in document review and processing.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving issues with timely solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
