Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Umrah Assistant, located in Islamabad. The Umrah Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and processing Umrah visas, organizing travel arrangements for pilgrims, providing customer support, and managing client documentation. Additional tasks include liaising with airlines, hotels, and transportation services to ensure smooth pilgrim travel experiences. The role also involves handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving any issues that arise during the Umrah journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and travel coordination
  • Proficient in visa processing and documentation management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
  • Knowledge of airline, hotel, and transportation booking systems
  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly in handling Umrah trips, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
