Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter at Cyberify located in Multan. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, lead generation, communication, and customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
