About the Role:

This is a critical role in managing all company purchases, imports/exports, and toll manufacturing processes, working closely with production and inventory planning teams to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly Supply Review on the basis of monthly Sales Forecast and available inventory in Warehouse.
  • Authorized to initiate Production orders for 3PM toll manufacturing and purchase orders for chemicals, packing and other materials to local suppliers.
  • Identifying the suppliers for raw and packaging materials and qualifying them by Supplier quality audit system.
  • Authorized to negotiate with alignment of Regional Procurement Price, Payment Term, Delivery schedule and the quality as per SCJ Standard.
  • Monitoring /Follow ups the deliveries of supplies with the suppliers and maintaining supplier performance.
  • Communicating with overseas suppliers for importing of Chemicals and other imported finished stock items.

Experience you'll bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Previous experience working within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization
  • Strong background in sales and operational planning or execution
