Manage shift operation of PET line with end-to-end responsibility.

1. Distribute daily work among operators to meet production planning demands.
2. Ensure adherence to machine, process, and quality assurance work instructions for quality and efficient production.
3. Manage product changes according to procedures.
4. Perform daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance of production lines, troubleshoot breakdowns, and record actions as per procedures.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area following GMP and 6S rules.
6. Participate in internal audits and GMP practices, ensuring corrective and preventive actions.
7. Ensure waste is separated at source and disposed of properly.
8. Keep failure/stop records of machinery and equipment in SAP, report nonconformities, and implement corrective actions.
9. Prepare raw material and auxiliary material demands.
10. Ensure proper use of SAP, TREX, and pallet barcode systems.
11. Support and monitor the development of operators.
12. Track operators' annual leave and overtime.
13. Ensure timely maintenance of machines to improve LE and yield.
14. Work on improving EUR and WUR at the line.

Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
