Barista / Barman

Job Description:

Pelicana Chicken, established in 1982 in Daejeon, South Korea, is a leading name in the Food & Beverages industry with over 3000 stores globally. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of food and fostering a healthy food culture. We are currently seeking an On Rotation Barista / Barman with 2 years of experience to join our vibrant team in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, teas, and cocktails.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista and bar areas.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
5. Monitor inventory and restock supplies as necessary.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience as a barista and/or barman with a strong understanding of beverages.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and a passion for food and beverages.
5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.

Educational Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in bartending or barista skills preferred.
