We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals with expertise bidding in Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms to drive business growth and bring in orders for our IT services. As a Freelance Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and maximizing revenue opportunities.

1. Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
2. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
3. Bringing in new business by participating in online bidding on the freelancing platforms, collaborating with global clients, and generating sales until the completion of clients' projects.
4. Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, rapport building, client communication, and deal closure.
5. Gathering client requirements, communicating the requirements with the team, and delivering the project to the client through phone, chat applications, and Skype as required.
6. Closely collaborating with management or designated team leader and completing all assigned duties.
7. Retaining records of customer information and sales, as well as maintaining regular communication with current clients.
8. Dynamic candidates should achieve our monthly targets.
9. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
10. Initiating, managing, and following up on negotiations and deal closure activities with potential alliances for new businesses, structuring deals according to company revenue and profit goals.

Contract, Full-time, Commission

Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Requirements:

1. 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding and client interaction.
2. Effective communication and presentation abilities.
3. English proficiency (verbal and written).
4. Skillful in negotiations.
5. Recognize and adhere to established communication protocols.
6. Ability to collaborate and work independently.
7. Preferred: Reliable commute or planning to relocate to Islamabad before starting work.
