Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team at Prismware Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering tailored Dynamics 365 solutions across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Business Central. You will act as a strategic link between clients and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and align with best practices. Your expertise will drive successful implementations, client satisfaction, and ongoing system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate existing business processes specific to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, or Business Central), ensuring alignment with client requirements.
2. Elicit, define, and document functional, non-functional, and system integration requirements for Dynamics 365 solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, pain points, and recommending tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
4. Respond to client RFPs, prepare Dynamics 365-specific proposals and contracts, and provide detailed product walk-throughs.
5. Deliver hands-on online training, product demos, and onboarding sessions focused on Dynamics 365 modules.
6. Act as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders; translate business requirements into clearly defined Dynamics 365 user stories and functional specifications.
7. Conduct in-depth data preparation, analysis, and issue troubleshooting within Dynamics 365 (including reviewing records, logs, integrations, and connectors).
8. Collaborate with technical teams during all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring solution alignment with client needs and Dynamics 365 best practices.
9. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings in an Agile/Scrum environment, using tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA.
10. Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, conduct UAT, and oversee quality assurance processes related to Dynamics 365 applications.
11. Manage client tickets in Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub or equivalent platforms, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective communication.
12. Prepare clear and detailed documentation, manuals, and system guides tailored to Dynamics 365 applications.
13. Support business development and pre-sales activities by delivering customized Dynamics 365 product demonstrations and technical insights.
14. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external clients, enhancing Dynamics 365 knowledge and adoption.
15. Create and maintain knowledge base articles and learning content on internal portals related to Dynamics 365 modules and workflows.
16. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, solution architects, and QA engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Maximum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, or Business Central).
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
4. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for presenting findings, leading training, and engaging with stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated ability to influence clients and bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
6. Proven experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and workflows is a plus.
7. Experience documenting requirements, creating detailed reports, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria for Dynamics 365 solutions.
8. Solid experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
10. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
11. Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and CRM reporting within Dynamics 365.
