• Develop and maintain front-end components within Sitecore Experience Editor and Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA).
• Collaborate with designers, authors, and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of content and functionality.
• Support page templating, rendering variations, and Experience Editor compatibility.
• Participate in agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Maintain structured, reusable, and scalable codebases using Git.
• Troubleshoot UI/UX issues within Sitecore-managed sites.

Requirements and Skills:

• HTML5, CSS3 – Semantic markup, responsive design, and styling with CSS.
• React (or Vue.js)
• jQuery
• Sitecore Experience Editor (Page Editor) – Understanding how components render and behave for authoring.
• Sitecore SXA – Familiarity with grid systems, renderings, and theming in SXA-based sites.
• Working with Renderings and Placeholders – Knowing how HTML maps to Sitecore components.
• Data Source Binding – Understanding how content is pulled into components via Sitecore fields.
• Translating technical to non-technical – Explaining front-end behavior to marketers, designers, and project managers.
• Cross-functional collaboration – Working with back-end developers, content authors, QA, and UX teams.
• Diagnosing UI bugs or layout inconsistencies
• Debugging rendering issues in Sitecore Experience Editor
• Handling shifting project scopes or stakeholder priorities
• Balancing multiple tasks and sprints
• Providing and receiving constructive feedback in code reviews

Preferred Skills:

• Basic C# / .NET familiarity – Helps in understanding how the backend ties to the front-end.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related.
• Sitecore XP Front-End Developer Certification (preferred)
• Sitecore XP Content Author Certification (preferred)
