Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Faisalabad. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing organic social media marketing — both for our clients and for Controlled SEO's own brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, including video production, graphic design, and writing engaging social media copy. You will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies that increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility without relying on paid ads.

Note: This role does not include paid social media advertising. It focuses solely on organic growth strategies.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging organic content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Design eye-catching graphics and produce short-form video content
  • Write platform-specific, compelling social media captions and post copy
  • Manage posting calendars and ensure consistent brand voice
  • Monitor trends, performance metrics, and audience engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support broader marketing goals
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in video creation, graphic design, and content writing
  • Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts
  • Knowledge of organic growth tactics across major social platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make content decisions based on performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
