Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Gujrat. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of various radio stations, manage staff, ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations, and work closely with the technical team to maintain high-quality transmissions. Responsibilities also include developing and executing operational policies, monitoring financial performance, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Operational Management, Team Leadership, and Staff Supervision skills
  • Experience in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Financial Management and Budgeting skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the media or telecommunications industry is a plus

Compensation Policy

  • Employee will receive a fixed monthly salary of PKR 50 to 60 Thousand (Can be increased based on the capability and experience).
  • Bachelor residence will be provided by the company.
