UX Designer

eSpark Consulting Group is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in user research, wireframing, and grey structure planning, with the ability to translate insights into intuitive and user-centered design solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitor analysis
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to represent and communicate user needs
- Design and iterate low-fidelity wireframes and grey structures in collaboration with UI designers and product teams
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and design improvements
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align UX goals with product strategy
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute user-centric design perspectives
- Assist with A/B testing, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
- Maintain UX documentation including research plans, test scripts, and usability reports
- Support the evolution of design systems and usability guidelines
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices to improve design quality and efficiency
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a UX design or hybrid UX research/design role
- Proficiency in wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq)
- Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of UI principles and interaction design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with remote testing or analytics tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, Google Analytics)
- Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
