We are looking for a Data Entry / Quality Control Executive to help maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of property listings and agent information on Markaz.pk. This role involves reviewing and verifying real estate listings, checking images, validating agent data, and conducting regular audits to ensure that content on the platform meets the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify property listings to ensure accuracy in price, location, property type, and purpose.
  • Approve or reject listings based on internal quality control guidelines.
  • Perform image quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure they meet platform standards.
  • Identify and remove spam or duplicate content from the platform.
  • Update property locations and correct inaccuracies in data as needed.
  • Verify the details of newly registered agents, including documentation and contact information.
  • Conduct daily audits of the website to monitor data quality and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for content corrections and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all checks, rejections, and approvals.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or data quality control.
  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (Graduates preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of real estate data is a plus.
