Head of Marketing at Clustox — T-Shaped Marketer | Google Certified | 10+ Years of Driving Growth & ResultsUnder our marketing solution division, we are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of our content strategy and execution across multiple channels. In this role, you will develop high impact content that drives brand awareness, educates potential customers, and supports lead generation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Sales, Design, and Growth—to ensure all content aligns with business goals, resonates with our target audience, and adheres to our brand voice and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.
- Identify target audience segments and create relevant, compelling content that addresses their needs and pain points.
- Content Creation & Management
- Write and/or oversee the development of engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, newsletters, social media updates, and more.
- Collaborate with internal and external writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality output.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, applying best practices such as keyword integration, metadata, and internal linking.
- Distribution & Promotion
- Implement strategies to grow audience reach and engagement (e.g., influencer outreach, guest posting, partnerships).
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to support paid campaigns (e.g., SEM, social ads) and retargeting efforts.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to inform future strategy.
- Regularly report on key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, formats, and visuals to improve content effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product marketing and sales teams to develop content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
- Work with design and development teams to create engaging user experiences (landing pages, interactive content, etc.).
- Coordinate with external freelancers or agencies when specialized expertise or additional capacity is required.
- Team Development & Process Improvement
- Mentor content writers and multimedia specialists, setting clear objectives and providing constructive feedback.
- Refine and optimize internal content production workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of execution.
- Keep up with emerging content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure ongoing innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- 4+ years of proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; familiarity with various content formats (blog, video, social media, email, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
- Proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide decisions and measure results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
