Supervisor Production

The ideal candidate will oversee the billing team, addressing all billing tasks, ensuring timely and efficient process execution. You will optimize the billing operations, aligning them with strategic goals. You shall play a key role in supporting the organization's financial health and efficiency.

1. Supervise and manage the accounts receivable team
2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
3. Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports
4. Develop and implement policies to improve collection processes
5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
6. Train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals
7. Prepare and present accounts receivable reports to management
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

1. 4 to 5 years of experience in Medical Billing
2. Bachelors in any relevant field
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
4. Proficient in using medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
