IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
  • Facilitate business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers and identifying potential/dry areas to ensure an increase in company revenue.
  • Facilitate the execution of sales strategies, track performance metrics, assist in optimizing sales processes, and convert data into actionable information.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
  • Provide support to teams to achieve their monthly targets while adhering to quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure territory sales targets are efficiently distributed across teams and territories to achieve the targets.
  • Ensure implementation of sales planning for all PTCL brands in the territory.
  • Follow up on all pending orders with relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with business operation teams for timely installation of all orders of respective teams to help improve conversion ratios.
  • Work towards continuous improvement and expansion of the retail network in the respective territory.
  • Ensure direct delivery to channels with agreed service level, productivity, and controlling out of stock to channel through distributors and franchisees.
  • Collaborate with the trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure 100% compliance with agreed policies within the teams.
  • Follow up on bill payments for new customers.
  • Ensure quality of sales within the territory.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales channels and help regional sales management to develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULQualification
  • Certification in Selling is an art will be a plus.
Experience
  • Experience in the field of sales & distribution.
  • Experience in managing internal & external stakeholders.
  • Marketing & Business Acumen.
  • Product Knowledge.
