The Senior Manager, Finance Operations for Pakistan Franchise will partner with the Franchise team and work closely with the Operating Unit Finance teams to help create and execute a franchise strategy delivering growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Franchise, RGM, Frontline Marketing, and Strategy Teams to drive alignment across stakeholders and develop key insights to inform strategic priorities. Responsibilities include:

  1. Assess overall business performance and collaborate to evaluate commercial performance and productivity opportunities to drive profitable growth, focusing on Volume, Revenue, Operating Income, and Market Share.
  2. Manage franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships locally, providing insights and decision support on business issues.
  3. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of Bottler/Customer data.
  4. Collaborate with Category, Franchise leaders, and Eurasia Middle East (EME) Operating Unit Finance on Innovation projects, ensuring comprehensive business case development and financial assessment.
  5. Partner with EME Operating Unit Finance to maintain internal controls and promote a culture of compliance within the Franchise.
  6. Manage Business Models and ensure balanced financial health within the Franchise.
  7. Support working capital and cash management analysis.
Knowledge & Experience
  • 7+ years in Category Finance, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Senior Financial Planning roles.
  • Effective communicator and influencer at all levels.
  • Graduate degree in business studies, finance, economics, management, or related field.
  • Cross-functional experience in an international, culturally diverse environment.
  • Experience in challenging, dynamic settings with internal and external customers.
Skills

Strategic Thinking, Business Analysis, Business Planning, Communication, Financial Forecasting, Data Management, Data Modeling, Storytelling.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15%. This market-based figure reflects performance at target and is competitive for the role.
