Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Reporting To: Head of Marketing / Technology Director

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other automation journeys. You will play a critical role in integrating our CRM strategy with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and delivering personalized, data-driven communications that enhance lead conversion, customer engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:


• Build, test, and deploy Marketing Cloud Journeys (Journey Builder) for various customer segments (leads, buyers, brokers, investors).


• Set up and manage Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Automation Studio components.


• Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to integrate lead lifecycle data and segmentation strategies.


• Develop dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript and personalization strings.


• Analyze campaign performance and create dashboards/reports for optimization and executive updates.


• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and custom CRM portals using APIs or data extensions.


• Maintain data hygiene, consent management, and compliance with UAE digital marketing regulations (e.g., TRA rules).


• Ensure proper lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and follow-up automation.


• Support marketing campaign planning with A/B testing and conversion tracking.


• Coordinate with creative and content teams for compelling visual and written assets.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.


• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


• SFMC certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) are highly preferred.


• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and data extensions.


• Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and API connectivity.


• Ability to manage complex workflows and multi-stage campaigns.


• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing KPIs and performance reporting.

Preferred Skills:


• Experience in real estate or property development CRM and marketing lifecycle.


• Knowledge of UAE digital marketing laws and SMS/email marketing compliance.


• Familiarity with Genesys, WhatsApp integrations, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect.
