About INSTACOM

INSTACOM is a leading ISP, providing high-speed INSTA Fiber internet services and seamless online experiences. We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to innovative web applications that enhance user experience and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Design and maintain APIs, ensuring high performance and security.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
  • Optimize application speed and scalability.
  • Work with databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.) for data storage and management.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application reliability.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
  • Stay updated with the latest JavaScript frameworks and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Experience with Redux, Hooks, and Context API for state management
  • Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
  • Knowledge of authentication & security (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Next.js for SSR
  • Understanding of TypeScript and its benefits
  • Hands-on experience with Socket.io for real-time applications
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps
