Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to assist in managing project activities, tracking progress, and coordinating with teams using Jira and Trello. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
  2. Assist in sprint planning, roadmap execution, and progress tracking using tools like Jira and Trello.
  3. Ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time by working closely with the Product, Development, and Growth teams.
  4. Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports for stakeholders.
  5. Act as a bridge between different teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success) to streamline communication and workflows.
  6. Organize and facilitate stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  7. Support product testing efforts by coordinating QA processes and user feedback collection.
  8. Develop reports and insights on project progress, team performance, and KPIs.
  9. Ensure proper documentation and version control of project-related materials.
  10. Work with the Customer Support team to address user concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Product Management, or Operations role, preferably in a tech startup or software company.
  3. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Trello, Jira).
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination.
  6. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  7. Familiarity with AI, SaaS products, or EdTech platforms.
  8. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Knowledge of basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track user engagement.
  10. Certification in Project Management (Google, PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) is a plus.
