Position Title: Account Manager

Department: Client Service

Type of Position: Full-Time

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven ability to handle pressure while maintaining high-quality output
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, marketing strategies, and performance-driven content
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities within accounts
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of clients alongside Account Executives, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, strategic relationships built on trust and consistent value delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, media, and strategy) to develop and execute integrated solutions that meet client objectives
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling services aligned with client goals
  • Drive the development and implementation of strategic plans to strengthen account performance and client ROI
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client deliverables and campaigns
  • Stay informed of marketing trends, best practices, and platform capabilities to provide effective recommendations
  • Mentor and support junior team members (Account Executives/Account Managers), fostering their growth and performance
  • Maintain a deep understanding of digital platforms, including media buying, creative execution, and content strategy, to align with client KPIs
  • Oversee day-to-day account operations with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
