We're looking for a dynamic and product-savvy individual to join our team and help drive high-quality leads through modern outreach strategies. This role blends product understanding with creative outreach, leveraging social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing to connect with the right audience.
This is not your typical marketing/sales role — we're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and able to grasp technical concepts, and in turn, can communicate their value clearly, and knows how to engage decision-makers through smart, modern outreach tactics.
You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate qualified leads, create conversations, and amplify our presence across digital platforms — especially in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a product expert to communicate our value proposition across outreach channels.
- Research and identify potential leads in relevant industries and geographies.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, professional communities, and niche forums to connect with CISOs, IT managers, compliance heads, and tech decision-makers.
- Support lead generation campaigns around webinars, product demos, industry events, and content launches.
- Act as a frontline communicator for new prospects — clearly articulating our cybersecurity services, solutions, and value proposition.
·Leverage relevant outreach and growth tools (like Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, cold email tools, etc.)
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to align messaging and hand off Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Engage in follow-ups with webinar/event registrants and reconnect with past leads.
- Maintain accurate lead data, engagement records, and insights using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, pain points, and compliance challenges to personalize outreach.
- Work with the marketing team to test messaging and channel performance for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, growth, or a related role (3+ years is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital tools, social media platforms, and B2B outreach best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Basic knowledge of CRM functionalities and lead tracking.
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms, and CRMs.
- A self-starter with a curious mindset and strong grasp of product fundamentals.
- Interest in technology and a knack for explaining products simply and clearly.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with lead generation on LinkedIn or via cold email tools (like Lemlist, Instantly).
- Exposure to product marketing, SaaS, or tech startups.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and basic funnel reporting.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity domains and solution areas (e.g., SOC, DFIR, VAPT, endpoint protection, compliance).
- Familiarity with B2B sales
- Experience in organizing & hosting online events or webinars is a bonus.
