Position: Sales Engineer (Export Cement)

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

Qualification: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers in the Cement export industry.
  • Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from quotation and order to delivery and payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Lead the evaluation of customer inquiries and submit detailed proposals, including cost, pricing, and technical/commercial terms.
  • Utilize CRM software to generate leads, manage opportunities, and process quotes and orders. Maintain detailed customer accounts and contacts.
  • Track production schedules for active orders and provide customers with regular updates on progress.
  • Evaluate cost, quality, and delivery performance after order completion and provide corrective action recommendations.
  • Offer technical and commercial support to resolve issues during the order lifecycle.
  • Set and meet sales targets for assigned accounts, ensuring the growth of the company's cement export business.
  • Continuously track sales performance, implement corrective actions, and report progress to management.
