We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedReal Estate Research Analystto support high-level investment and real estate presentations. This role requires a balance between strong graphic design and copywriting skills, data interpretation from Excel models, and the ability to perform basic real estate market research.

The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates regularly, and delivers polished, client-ready outputs — working closely with leadership, much like an investment banking analyst would.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation Development:

  • Convert Excel model outputs into visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Design clear, professional, and impactful slides based on provided financial data and guidelines.
  • Create concise, insightful copy and narratives around real estate and market trends.

Research and Content Writing:

  • Conduct basic real estate and market research to support presentation topics.
  • Draft short, authentic content on market updates, investment theses, and project summaries.
  • Use AI tools appropriately for research assistance while maintaining originality and professionalism.

Communication and Workflow:

  • Maintain regular communication with Matt (manager) throughout projects, providing frequent updates — not just end-of-day deliverables.
  • Follow 75% guidance while taking initiative to complete and polish tasks independently.
  • Implement feedback quickly and accurately to improve deliverable quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment research, real estate analysis, consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint ismandatory.
  • Strong graphic design sense for business presentations.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and investment principles is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using AI tools responsibly and ethically for research and drafting support.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering authentic, high-quality work.
